!!! Absolut not fair casino to normal people. From professional view as I work for government I be reposting this casino to not be fair to people and make sure it gets seen by other people. Good things are food and drinks. Best advise don't go here and better off spend your money and time to shisha.
Friendly welcoming place they look after good costumers gave me free £20 bet on black jack table just for being polite good night out if stick to limit

We stayed here mid week and although the hotel was busy and we had a small issue with the TV in our room - this was resolved very quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly in the process.
I had a fantastic .meal here incl bottle of wine as part of an offer they have ...excellent steak and the price was just right for the quality and experience..I do not use the casino entertainments but enjoyed a meal for two

Went to watch the AJ boxing match.. good atmosphere and the hostess with blonde hair was terrific!!! And the food we ordered was amazing, tasted great and brilliant value for money!! The only ????????would be the service at the main bar.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the Newcastle casino same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £40 more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!
It's a decent place to come and is full of eateries. Does get a bit to busy of a weekend. Overall it's a good place to bring your kids.
Located very close to Birmingham New Street (5 min walk), this hotel is ideally located for central areas including the Christmas Markets. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, including hob, microwave oven and dishwasher are a blessing, making it a home from home.
We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it.
Having come from the Genting casino at Edgbaston where only 1 roulette wheel was open, it was a pleasure to see a casino with all games available despite it only being 3pm.
